Open the Media Delivery Workspace

Login requires Qwilt Cloud credentials.

To open the Media Delivery workspace:

  1. Use this URL to login to the QC Services user interface: https://qc-services.cqloud.com/md.

  2. If you are prompted to login, enter your Qwilt Cloud (QC) Services user name and password.

    Alternatively, you can log in with Google or Microsoft if your organization has implemented Single Sign-On.

    If you require Qwilt Cloud credentials, please send an email to support@qwilt.com.

  3. If your user is assigned to multiple organizations, a dropdown list is available at the top of the navigation pane. Select the organization relevant to this work session. [Learn more...]

  4. If your user has access to both Media Delivery and Service Provider applications, make sure that Media Delivery is selected.

  5. Your access permissions determine which of the following features are displayed in the Media Delivery workspace:

    • Delivery Service Management - A comprehensive set of self-service features for configuring and managing a CDN site for media delivery, including:
      • Media Site Configuration - Configure a site to serve content via the CDN. Define how content is distributed and served to end users.
      • Purge Management - Remove or invalidate specified content on the CDN cache.

    • Observability - Dashboards and reports for viewing traffic and performance data.
      • Content Publisher Dashboard - An aggregated view of traffic and performance data across all selected delivery services and service providers.
      • Delivery Service Dashboard - A comparative view of key performance metrics such as peak bandwidth and cache efficiency for selected service providers or delivery services in your network.
      • Origin Report - View performance metrics for delivery service origins.
      • ASN Report - View performance metrics for autonomous system networks (ASNs).
      • Delegation Target Report - View performance metrics for delegation targets.

    • Administration - Tools for managing authentication of API calls and client requests.
      • API Keys - Generate an API key for authenticating Qwilt API requests.
      • Certificate Management - Manage SSL/TLS certificates for your Media Delivery sites.
