Certificate Lifecycle Management Enhancements
You can now access Certificate Lifecycle Management tools using the Self-Service UI and API. Certificate Lifecycle Management allows you to update certificates across a broad spectrum of use cases, receive information regarding expiring certificates, and remove certificates and private keys.
Enhancements include:
- Expiring certificates notifications - providing visual indication and email notifications that certificates are going to expire in the next 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Updating certificates with domain changes.- updating an existing certificate and making changes to the associated domains, to avoid disruptions of service.
- Updating certificates with no domain changes - updating an existing certificate with no domain changes, to avoid disruptions of service.
- Applying a certificate to a configuration - applying a certificate to a specific Delivery Service configuration, to ensure that these configurations utilize the correct certificates.
- Deleting certificates and private keys - permanently removing certificates and private keys from Qwilt systems, to ensure secure removal of sensitive information.
- Switching a certificate - changing the certificate that configurations are actively using at the edge.
- Validating a certificate - validating certificates on creation, to ensure that invalid certificates are not loaded into the system.
Optimized Intra-Pop Caching
Intra-pop caching decisions have now been optimized based on object popularity. This improves cache utilization for Content Providers, by reducing intra-pop fetching traffic.
Content Publisher Dashboard - Performance Improvements
The Content Publisher Dashboard has now been enhanced to provide better performance.
The dashboard has been updated to support applying all filters in a single Apply Filters operation.
You can use the Filter Management area at the top of the dashboard to set the dashboard’s date range, and select one or more content providers, service providers, and delivery services.
