### Qwilt Terraform Provider
The new Qwilt Terraform provider allows you to manage and automate your Qwilt CDN configurations through Terraform. The Qwilt Terraform Provider integrates with the Qwilt Sites API and Certificate Manager API simplifying infrastructure management, allowing you to define configurations as code and apply them consistently across environments. 

Key features include:
    
- **Site Resources**: Support creating, updating, and managing site configurations, including activation workflows.

- **Certificate Resource**: Facilitates certificate management.

### Publish to Staging
New support for publishing a Media Site to a staging network. This feature allows for validating an updated site configuration before publishing it to  production.
